Indication: Autoimmune Hepatitis (AIH) Further information: Anti LKM antibodies are associated with type two autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and in some patients they are associated with hepatitis C infection. LKM antibodies are found only in a small number of patients with autoimmune chronic active hepatitis and drug-induced hepatitis, but are highly specific.
