Collection Conditions / Other Information:24 hour urine into acid or Spot urine required. Spot urine must be acidified, immediately, by laboratory (see below).
For 24 hour urine need to titrate volume of acid in the bottle prior to collection please contact Duty Biochemist for advice.
LAB INSTRUCTIONS: Random urine must be acidified immediately to pH < 3.0 using concentrated acid in the laboratory.
