Collection Conditions / Other Information:Rivaroxaban levels should be discussed with a Haematologist. Trough and peak levels are significantly different. Trough level is taken immediately before dose and a peak level is taken 3-4 hours after dose. Time of administration of last dose needs to be stated on the request form along with the dose being used. A FXa test will be performed on the Rivaroxaban curve giving a Rivaroxaban level.
