Pathology Services for the
Black Country
•
The creation of BCPS forms a large network laboratory model for the
Black Country. This is very much the way forward that NHSI is planning
for pathology in England. We are now at the forefront of taking this model
forward.
•
At present our users should experience very little difference in the
services that we provide. However, behind the scenes, pathology staff
are busy planning changes. This will ensure we have sustainable
services that meet the needs of modern healthcare in the Black Country
for the years ahead.

You will be able to read updates on these pages as plans progress.

Pathology user Survey 2020
We are conducting an online survey to understand the level of satisfaction that our laboratory services provides for its users. BCPS
is in its infancy and prior to full service consolidation, we want to understand your perceptions of the service currently offered to you
and to use the feedback we receive to shape the future service.
We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete 10 short questions in our user survey of your experience of the BCPS
services by clicking on this link https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CLR88DV
The results will be used to produce a summary report which will be published on our home page.
